- 1 / 5By Alayna TruongI don't usually complain or write reviews for anything but I thought this was a bad enough experience that it was worth it. We went in around 6:30pm and it was slow. We stood at the register for a few minutes without being acknowledged (a simple "we'll be right with you" would have made it 10x better). We finally get our order taken and the girl was being slow and unenthusiastic. We waited for our drinks for a few minutes as well, the two guys making the drinks were too absorbed in their personal conversations to even function. Any Starbucks I've been to has friendly staff who move quick and efficiently. These guys were the total opposite. We finally get our drinks (no eye contact, no smile, no "have a nice day") and they had messed the order up. I was so annoyed that I just walked out and there didn't seem to be anyone staffed there who cared enough to fix it. Will not be returning to this location again, get a better night crew!December 05, 2016
